How Do I Start a Blog? (Need Advice for Getting Started)

I am working with a colleague to prepare and present a short introductory overview of blogging. If you have a blog, do you have any advice or words-of-wisdom to share about how to get started?

• How did you decide on a title?
• What is your blog's intended audience?
• How do you reach your audience with your blog?
